Hey everyone, welcome back! In this video, we show you how to unbox and power up your brand-new Misa Quadwave for the very first time.

The first step is to open the box and take out the Quadwave.

Next, carefully remove the two screen protectors.

Then, grab the 3-meter USB cable included and connect the Quadwave to your computer.

Pro tip: Avoid touching the neck sensors during startup. The moment you plug it in, the Quadwave calibrates to the environment, ensuring you get the lowest latency possible. If your fingers are on the neck sensors, the buttons might feel a little unresponsive.

Once you’re plugged in, check the LED at the bottom - it should be glowing blue.

On your computer, open up your audio software of choice.

Head to Settings to confirm you can see the device (Ableton users, make sure you also toggle ‘Remote’ to On in preferences).

Now, load a synth plugin and pick a sound.

A key point here is to make sure the synth is set to monophonic to get smooth transitions when sliding and hammering on notes.

Press a note on the neck.

And tap the pad to start making noise.
