Return Policy

Change-of-Mind Returns:

  • Returns are only accepted if the item is unopened and in its original packaging.
  • Items must be returned within 7 days of purchase, accompanied by proof of purchase. We cannot accept returns for items that have been opened or used.
  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Faulty or Defective Products:

  • If you receive a faulty or defective product, please contact support@misadigital.com within 7 days of delivery.
  • We may require proof of the defect, such as photographs, prior to authorizing a return or replacement.
  • Faulty items must be returned in their original packaging.

Refunds will be processed in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
