Attention customers: Check your email SPAM filter! :)

We wanted to give you a quick heads-up - if you’ve been waiting to hear from us and haven’t seen any emails, there’s a good chance they’ve landed in your spam or junk folder. 😞

We’ve sent out some important updates recently - everything from shipping notifications to setup tips and cool feature highlights. But we’ve been hearing from a few customers that our emails never showed up in their inboxes. After a bit of digging, it turns out they were getting filtered into spam.

Here’s how you can help fix that:

✅ Check Your Spam or Junk Folder

Search for messages from @misadigital.com or the subject lines related to “Quadwave.” If you spot any emails hiding in there, be sure to mark them as “Not Spam” to teach your email provider we're the good kind of noise.

📦 Waiting on a Shipping Update or Order Info?

If you’ve placed an order and haven’t received confirmation or shipping details, definitely double-check your filters. If still nothing, feel free to reach out to us directly at support@misadigital.com and we’ll get you sorted ASAP.
